1. 试用方案
SiPod 向符合条件的餐饮门店提供一台智能调饮设备的 30 天免费试用，以及试用方案中列明的饮品配方、市场物料、App 管理权限、培训及售后支持。
试用期自设备发货之日起第 7 天开始计算，并持续 30 天。
2. 试用原料包与税费
设备订单发货时，SiPod 将向您提供的支付方式收取 $550 试用原料包费用，并按设备收货地址所在州的适用销售税另行计算税费。
设备发货后，如您取消试用或订阅，已收取的 $550 试用原料包费用及相应税费不予退还。
3. 试用结束与正式订阅
若您未在正式订阅开始前提交取消申请，试用结束后的第一天，您的方案将自动转为 SiPod 正式订阅。
标准方案为 $299/月，正式订阅最低期限为 3 个月。正式订阅开始时，SiPod 将一次性收取首 3 个月月费，即 $897，并按适用销售税另行计算税费。
首 3 个月订阅期结束后，订阅将按 $299/月自动续订，并按月收取月费及适用销售税，直至您取消订阅。
4. 取消订阅
我们建议您在试用期结束前 3 至 5 天提交取消申请，以便预留处理时间；但只要 SiPod 在正式订阅开始前收到您的取消申请，您将不会进入正式订阅或被收取首 3 个月订阅费用。
您可通过 SiPod 客户专员或下方联系方式提出取消申请。取消申请生效后，您仍需按照本条款完成设备退还。
5. 设备退还与退还运费
取消订阅后，您须在 30 天内 将设备以可安全运输的状态退还给 SiPod，并保留及使用设备的原装包装盒。
取消订阅时，您需承担 $300 设备退还运费，并按适用销售税另行计算税费。设备发货后取消订阅的，$550 试用原料包费用不予退还，且仍需承担该设备退还运费。
如原装包装盒遗失、设备损坏、设备遗失，或未在上述期限内完成退还，相关费用将根据实际情况另行评估与计算。SiPod 将就适用费用与您联系。
6. 未退还设备
若您在取消订阅后拒绝退还设备，或未按 SiPod 的退还指引完成设备交回，SiPod 有权继续按月向您提供的支付方式收取适用的订阅月费及相关税费，直至设备完成退还或双方另有书面约定。
7. 支付授权
提交试用申请即表示您授权 SiPod 按本条款向您提供的支付方式收取应付费用，包括：
- 设备发货时的 $550 试用原料包费用及适用税费；
- 正式订阅开始时的首 3 个月订阅费用 $897 及适用税费；
- 后续自动续订的月费及适用税费；
- 取消订阅后设备退还的 $300 运费及适用税费；
- 因包装遗失、设备损坏、设备遗失或逾期未退还而产生的适用费用。

1. Trial Program
SiPod provides eligible food-service locations with one smart beverage machine for a 30-day free trial, together with the drink recipes, marketing materials, App management access, training, and after-sales support described in the trial plan.
The trial begins on the seventh day after the device is shipped and continues for 30 days.
2. Trial Ingredient Package and Taxes
When the device order ships, SiPod will charge the payment method you provide a $550 trial ingredient package fee, plus applicable sales tax based on the device delivery address.
After shipment, the $550 trial ingredient package fee and related taxes are non-refundable if you cancel the trial or subscription.
3. End of Trial and Paid Subscription
Unless you submit a cancellation request before the paid subscription begins, your plan automatically converts to a SiPod paid subscription on the day after the trial ends.
The standard plan is $299 per month with a minimum initial term of three months. At the start of the paid subscription, SiPod charges the first three months of fees in one payment, or $897, plus applicable sales tax.
After the first three-month term, the subscription automatically renews monthly at $299 per month plus applicable sales tax until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
We recommend submitting a cancellation request 3 to 5 days before the trial ends to allow processing time. However, as long as SiPod receives your request before the paid subscription starts, you will not enter the paid subscription or be charged the first three-month subscription fee.
You may request cancellation through your SiPod customer specialist or the contact details below. After cancellation takes effect, you must still return the device as required by these terms.
5. Device Return and Return Shipping
After cancellation, you must return the device to SiPod within 30 days in a condition suitable for safe transport, using the original packaging.
You are responsible for the $300 device return shipping fee, plus applicable sales tax. If you cancel after the device ships, the $550 trial ingredient package fee remains non-refundable and the return shipping fee still applies.
If the original packaging is lost, the device is damaged or lost, or the device is not returned on time, the resulting charges will be evaluated and calculated based on the circumstances. SiPod will contact you regarding any applicable fees.
6. Failure to Return the Device
If you refuse to return the device after cancellation or do not complete the return according to SiPod's instructions, SiPod may continue charging the applicable monthly subscription fee and taxes to your payment method until the device is returned or otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Payment Authorization
By submitting a trial application, you authorize SiPod to charge your payment method for amounts due under these terms, including:
- the $550 trial ingredient package fee and applicable taxes when the device ships;
- the $897 first three-month subscription fee and applicable taxes when the paid subscription starts;
- subsequent automatically renewed monthly fees and applicable taxes;
- the $300 device return shipping fee and applicable taxes after cancellation; and
- applicable charges caused by lost packaging, device damage, device loss, or late return.
